Payment Terms:

Payment will be made up front for all orders at the time the order is placed. All payments will be handled through Adams Holsters, via Square for credit cards or Paypal. So expect those payments to show the Adams Holsters information(which is the same as Kymera Holsters other than name).

Holster Design:

Only use a holster for the gun that it was designed for. Not guns that are close in dimensions or similar. Sometimes changes are made in the holster to accommodate specific features on certain guns and they may not be safe with every model out there. When in doubt please contact me and find out if there is any way to make something work properly.

Adams Holsters or Kymera Holsters cannot control how you use our products, and as a result we disclaim any and all liability for incidental or consequential damages to person(s) and/or property resulting from the use of any Adams Holsters or Kymera Holsters product.

Changes are being made constantly to designs and features and as a result the holster/product that you receive may be different than those pictured on the website.

SHORT VERSION:

We're not going to do anything with any information your provide us other  than ship you your holster or product. We do not sell email addresses or any other information ever. Nobody sees your information but Adams Holsters or Kymera Holsters. Printed information is incinerated after use (order forms, invoices, etc.)

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.

Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.

Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on the server.

How the Information is used:

The information is used to ship the holster or product to you and ship any additional accessories. 

E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.

E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers.

If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in e-mail that you receive.
